* For students: please send a scanned copy of your valid student ID card (validity must be clearly visible!) or a letter signed by your supervisor stating that you are a student (PhD, master or undergrad). These should be emailed to apmg@upb.ro, along with the registration form.

** The members of the RoHealth Cluster have a discount of 20%. Check if your institution is a member of the cluster here.

The registration fee includes:

• Admission to scientific program with oral and poster presentation
• Access to abstracts in electronic form
• Coffee breaks and lunches
• Welcome reception on the 7th of June
• Gala dinner on the 9th of June

The registration fee do not include the money transfer fees, which are in the registrant's charge.
